I was very pleased with this! My 2 year old DD and I are both sick, and I was in the mood for some soup. We just put it all in the pot and enjoyed when it was done. I really like the dill, reminds me of my oma. Also, I used gnocchi instead of egg noodles, and 3 small cans of chicken, because that's what I had on hand. Thank you so much! This is a keeper!

This was good, quick, and easy! I put everything but the noodles in the pot and let it simmer for about 10 minutes before adding the noodles, so the veggies would get softer. We will be making this again--thanks for posting!

Very good soup. Husband and daughter raved about it. I steamed the carrots for about 10 minutes before adding to the pot so they'd be good and soft. Also sauted the onions and celery in olive oil until soft before adding. Very easy to prepare and a great way to use up leftover chicken or turkey. I used turkey this time since that's what I had.
