I sprinkled salt over both sides of the chicken and added a shake of poultry seasoning on one side. On the mashed banana, I sprinkled a little cinnamon and sugar mix, and a sprinkle of chili powder. (I've found, adding a touch of spicy ingredient to something that is sweet works well) I used one banana and one chicken breast butterflied thin. I baked it at 375 for twenty or so minutes. My wife added sliced almonds and was happy as could be with it! Thanks for the good start!
