Very good recipe, we served it with spinach with lemon and fresh Parmesan. We didn't have season salt so we used some Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning. Great easy recipe!

Oh what a lovely fish recipe! We all loved it. I added some freshly grated ginger, mashed up some roasted garlic and added a few tablespoons of white wine, and a sprinkling of cayenne and then baked. The fish was moist and flaked nicely.

Trying to get my husband to eat fish any other way than fried has been a challenge. We all thought this was delicious and it was easy on the cook (that's me) because it was simple to make. The fillets were tender and the seasoning was slightly spicy but not overdone. Thanks Nurse Di, for another great recipe.
