What a great macaroni and cheese!!! So creamy and full of cheese flavors. DH and I agree this is a keeper at our house, and we plan to have it again many times!

My kids and husband wondered why I hadn't found this recipe sooner! Always a hit, and just as good left over as the original day! Love making it all in one saucepan - less mess to clean up!

Delicious! I used Sharp Cheddar and a cheese blend of Asiago, Mozzarella, and Roasted Garlic. Very easy to toss together. I ate it as a main dish, but I could easily see making this as a side on weeknights. Thanks for sharing. Nick's Mom
