This really is an amazingly easy dessert that kids can make and great for summer because it tastes like pie without the baking. Awesome a la mode.

I'm bad about eating enough fruit daily and this is a wonderful way to get a fruit fix. I used Del Monte Lite Sliced Peaches and 1 whole graham cracker per serving (2 servings). Will make this often! Made for Fall 2009 Pick A Chef.

Delicious! This was a super quick and easy way to dress up peaches. I used fresh peaches and opted for the "adult" version by using Cointreau liquor instead of the orange juice. My family loved this and gave it 2-thumbs up. Thank you for sharing this fantastic recipe...it is definitely a keeper!
