This was very easy to make. I used dark brown sugar, old fashioned oats, white whole wheat flour, and Granny Smith apples. I thought the flavor was very nice, and I really liked that it wasn't too sweet. The only problem that I had was that I could never get the topping to crisp up as much as I personally like in a crisp. Thanks Karen, for a tasty dessert that we enjoyed.
