I like to keep it simple--and packed with protein.

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups frozen strawberries (thawed)
  • 2-3 cups frozen pineapple chunks (thawed)
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 scoop zero carb isopure protein powder
  • 14-16 ice cubes

Directions

  1. 1
    Thaw fruit, do not overheat.
  2. 2
    Place juice, fruit and protein powder in blender, blend.
  3. 3
    Place ice in blender and blend, adding ice to desired consistency.
  4. 4
    Enjoy.
