AMAZING! There are no other words to discribe this recipe. It has the perfect blend of apricot and honey and the Star Anise is a beautiful finishing touch.

This is an incredibly easy chutney to make. I love the combination of the star anise and the apricots. I served this with crackers and cream cheese and it was well recieved and disappeared quickly. This would also be wonderful with grilled chicken.
