I liked this marinade and will try it again.Less oil tho. It calls for ginger which I didn't have so tried 1/2 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice. Ran out of soy sauce at 1/2 cup and cont. to 2/3 with worcestershire sauce. My husband thought the steak had good flavor and so did I.
