Donna's Black Bean Brownies

I don't know who Donna is, but am grateful for any recipe that can make brownies half way healthy!

SERVES 20 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    preheat oven to 350°F.

    In food processor, puree beans with melted butter. Beat with eggs in large bowl.
  3. 3
    Add sugar, cocoa, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Add flour and mix until well blended.

    In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
  5. 5
    Take out 1 cup of mixture. Press remaining into greased pan. Spoon original mixture on the oatmeal mix. Crumble remaining mix onto bean mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until middle comes out clean.
