    Soften gelatin in cold water.

    In a heavy saucepan bring strawberries and juice to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer until soft.

    Add softened gelatin and stir til completely dissolved.

    Cool.

    Stir in artificial sweetener.
  7. 7
    Chill before serving.
