Delicious Rolls

Soft and flavored rolls, great with a cup of black tea. Breadworld's one of best recipes.

SERVES 8 , 8 rolls (change servings and units)

    Combine 1 cup flour, sugar, yeast and salt.

    Heat water and milk until butter melts.
  3. 3
    Stir into flour mixture.
  4. 4
    Stir in egg and remaining flour to make soft dough.

    Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.

    cover; let rest 10 minutes.

    Roll dough to 14x10 inch rectangles. Cut into 8 pieces.

    Spoon enough filling into each piece.

    Bring up sides to enclose filling, pinching seam and ends to seal.

    Cover; let rise for 30-45 minutes.

    In a small bowl, beat together egg and water; brush onto top of dough. Sprinkle with nigella.

    Bake at 375F for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
