YUM!!! I LOVE MY DE-HIGH-GREATER!!!! I did on a much smaller scale in my much smaller dehydrator...but same delish results...
I can eat these like a P-I-PIGGY eating chips
...used my garden tomatoes and so so so good...I put some salt and hot pepper on some ...but Mr. free-free likes them plain so I stuck with that mostly to not be completely self absorbed as I often tend to be...
thanks for sharing the instructions...my goal in life is to get a dehydrator like yours Chef Joey Z...[lol]

I wasn't so energetic, but my co-worker was and she gave me a bagful - she didn't add any spices and yummy!!! Prices are right at this time of the year so I may just do my own big jar very soon.
