I enjoyed the ease of making this recipe. However, there is no way that I could have halved six medium potatoes and have them done in the time alotted. I cut them into quarters, and then cut them again into eighths. I didn't have Kitchen Bouquet...they don't sell it here, so I used Cavenders Greek Seasoning. To get them done in the microwave, I found that some of the potatoes got hard around the edges. I think they would have gotten done just as quickly roasting in the oven. I loved the flavor and the seasoning of the smoked paprika, thyme and butter though. We enjoyed these with grilled burgers tonight. Thanks for sharing! Made for ZWT5

This is a good way to make a potato side dish in a pinch. It's really quick and couldn't be easier. The flavor is very good. We prefer crispier potatoes, so next time I will put them under the broiler for the last 5 minutes. It will still be much faster than roasting potatoes. Thanks for such a neat idea.

We enjoyed this potato recipe. It is different & easy to make. I did end up dumping everything into a hot electric skillet (no oil added) to finish the potatoes. We liked the bit of crispness it added to the finished product. I served this with Saturn's Zesty Chicken Sauté, corn muffins, and a green salad. Thank you for sharing your recipe!

These were superb! I made them with my step daughter as the recipe was so easy to follow. Come meal time, we were fighting over who got the last ones! These were SO good! I didn't have any Kitchen Bouquet (and had never even heard of it) so I turned to Zaar. Kitchen Bouquet wanna-be was perfect (as far as I can tell). I plan on making these again and again. Perfect timing in the microwave too! I used my 2L casserole dish and it was a great size. I didn't have 6 medium potatoes though so I ended up using about 9 small ones. I used what I had left in the bag. They were not the best looking ones so I peeled them before I cooked them. This recipe is so perfect! Thanks for posting!
