Okay, I've made these twice now because I'm addicted. I used milk chocolate mini morsels instead of dark chocolate chips. I think the mini morsels work better because the cookies seem to come out a little flat and the smaller chips seem to blend in a little better. I also used 1% milk instead of soy milk. The hardest part about these cookies is waiting until they come out of the oven and cool off a little so you don't burn your tongue!

OMG so good! I subbed 1/4 cup oil & 1/4 cup applesauce for the margarine (didn't have any) and cut back to 1/2 cup chocolate chips. THIS WAS SO GOOD and so easy! I also must have really small teaspoons because I got 32 cookies hahaha. But I'm always overly cautious about size. Mine came out to 75-ish calories. Yay!

I don't want to put any stars because I don't want to affect the high ratings, but these did not work for me at all. they came out flat and raw. but i seem to not be very good at vegan cookies. I've tried several recipes and they always turn out the same. That's why i'm not giving this a rating because it might just be me.
