Just what I was looking for... and yummy! I skipped the ramen & boullion, exchanged diced mushroom & celery for frozen vegies, and doubled cornstarch for a nice thick soup on a winter day! Perfect amount for my weekly lunches, using bones from our weekly $2 game hen (another meal).
