Fantastic!!! I first made this many years ago when I was cooking a series of international meals (just for fun--and because I wanted to know what the rest of the world ate). This recipe was listed in one of the international cookbooks as "Egyptian"--so it became the dessert for my Egyptian meal. I don't know how authentically Egyptian it is, but it was one of the best desserts of the series--super easy and totally delicious! Thanks so much for posting this wonderful recipe Engrossed!!!

I used grated fresh nutmeg instead of the cinnamom. I loved that it was delicious and a breeze to prepare.

I made this a while ago but have just gotten around to reviewing it now. Since first tagging this recipe I've now made it about 5 or 6 times, it's so easy and delicious! It was the perfect dessert to serve to a table full of guests on Passover. Thanks, I will be making this many times!
