This is perfect if you want to have something a little sweet that is good for you.If you don't want to use any sugar you can use honey instead.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven 350°F.

    Grease loaf pan.

    Sprinkle a little with oats.

    In bow pour boiling water over dates.

    Beat egg and milk.

    Mix dry ingredients well.

    Add dates and wet ingredients.

    Mix just until blended.

    Pour in lof pan.

    Bake for about 1 hour or a little longer.

    Cool in pan.
