    Place cucumbers in non-reactive bowl. Mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper; pour over cucumbers.

    Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, at least 3 hours.

    Drain; sprinkle with dill weed.

Great way to make pickles. So easy and quick since it doesn't involve any heating. They have just the right sweetness.I used parsley because I couldn't find dill when I went shopping. Next time I'll make sure to try it with dill. Made for Veg*n swap.

    Loved these cucumbers! I doubled the recipe and added some dill to the cucumbers while marinating. Sprinkled more dill again after draining and enjoyed them with a sandwich for lunch!! Thank you Bethie for a great recipe!
