Refreshing fruit smoothie. For 1 large serving, I used 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 fresh banana, and 1/2 cup each frozen strawberries and mango. Not sure if the lemon juice is really needed. Will be a nice treat during the hot summer months. Made and reviewed for PAC Spring 2009.

This was very good! I used frozen strawberries and fresh banana and mango. Thanks! Reviewed for Healthy Choices ABC tag.

Yum. This smoothie is great — it had a taste reminiscent of a delicious juice cocktail that I used to drink all the time back when I lived in Saudi Arabia. I used mango nectar instead of orange juice and probably added a bit more sugar that instructed. Thank you so very much for this recipe!
