A nicely spicy, crunchy, satisfying quinoa dish. Eat, enjoy, there's more!

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Saute broccoli, onion, curry, garlic, salt, and pepper with oil until tender.

    Combine with quinoa and water and simmer for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.

    Add peanuts and stir.
