Curry Apple Chicken Salad

Chilled salad.

SERVES 3 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 (354 g) can cooked chicken breasts, drained

  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, chill one hour. Serve on lettuce leaf or in sandwich or wrap.
