This was probably one of the best seafood dishes I have ever tasted! Just a beautiful blend of flavours and one that will be loved by everyone even those who are not normally that much into seafood. My girlfriend Maxine comes into that category and raved about it and loved it just as much as I did.

YUMMY .... my son and I loved this so much!! I'm going to make it with Mahi-Mahi next time. Give it a try --- it's very easy and, as I said, YUMMY.
