So moist and yummy, You could tell they were low in fat but they were still delicious. I ate them for breakfast and dessert. They looked super cute in my glass cookie jar. For those wanting a little extra flavor you can melt butterscotch or chocolate chips and drizzle over them. Adds some fat dependant on how much you drizzle

These were really good! You could tell they were low fat but not in a bad way. My bf even said they were pretty good. The only problem was that I snacked on them all day. LOL, no so low fat after that. Will make these again.

I really love this recipe for several reasons. Mostly because it is so quick and easy. Second because it is good for those watching their weight; and third because it makes a small quantity. It is a great recipe for those empty nesters, such as myself and DH. I did make them in the mini muffin pan, so instead of 12 muffins, I had 24. I baked them for 10 minutes and they were perfect.

A really tasty low-fat treat - I need my daily chocolate fix even when dieting and these fit the bill perfectly! Used part whole wheat flour and left out 1 tbls of sugar as my applesauce was slightly sweetened. Baked in paper muffin cups and had no problems peeling the paper off of the cupcake! Great recipe, thanks for sharing!
