This is a great summer drink. The lemon juice made it a bit too bitter for me, so I sneaked in a teaspoon of sugar to please my tastebuds.

I made this last night with a Meditteranean-influenced dinner. The drink was a wonderful palate cleanser from the full-bodied, garlicky flavors. Loved the color, the black flecks from the kiwis mixed in. I couldn't resist garnishing with a kiwi slice. But I didn't have any lemon juice, so I subbed orange. But I don't think that's why I found it a tad bland. I suggest adding some sugar or another kiwi. The recipe made about 3 cups for me, but it depends on the amount of ice you add. Other than that, I enjoyed the drink - I had 3 helpings!!
