Can it get any easier? This chicken is so tender and moist! From a French's ad in Family Circle Magazine. Makes a tasty meal when there is little time to cook. Also would make a good sandwich. ***NOTE*** 3/1/32009, I just saw this recipe printed in new magazine and they now have you add one tablespoon of flour to the crushed French Fried onions. I imagine this helps the pieces adhere to the chicken better. I will give it a try and report back.

Super moist and crunchy! I used both chicken breast and boneless chicken thighs because DH doesn't care for white meat. Thanks for a great recipe!

Perhaps my breast was a bit thicker but it did not cook in the specified time and the onion flakes got vey burnt - You can't see the burnt in the photo because I edited them out. I love the flavor & the appearance would be lovely without the burn. Next time I will have a thinner breast and I am sure all will be well.

Delicious and so easy. I tweaked by sprinkling the chicken breast with garlic powder and ground black pepper before dipping in the egg. I think that made a difference b/c I think it would have been a tad too bland without the extra spices. Also, I baked for 25 minutes, not 20. I served with pasta (buttered and with black pepper) and with corn mixed with sliced, fried red and green peppers. My husband had two helpings. Thanks for posting!
