These are really wonderful, you can add more Franks or some Cayenne pepper if you want to make them hotter. As is, they are pretty mild.

This recipe was wonderful! My husband loved these and ate them up quickly. I was quite impressed because he is such a picky eater! The only thing I did differently was that I broiled the wings on both sides for three min. each.

Yum! These were so easy to make and very good, too! I did make a couple of changes. I didn't use Frank's Hot Sauce, I just used the brand I had on hand (an off brand from Aldi), I used 6 regular chicken legs instead of wings, and I cooked on high for 30 minutes and then low for 5 hours. They were excellent. Next time I will probably add the cayenne in because they were a little mild for our taste, but I will definitely be making these many more times! Thanks for a great recipe, Miss Erin!

Delicious!! I made these for my spoiled husband for Super Bowl. They were perfect because we had a hockey game out of town in the afternoon & arrived home about 2 minutes before kick-off. Because of other reviews, I chose to cook for 6 hours & it was just perfect - meat came off the bone really nicely but it didn't fall off & make a mess. I added 1 tsp of cayenne & would have still just considered these wings to be "medium".
