pretty good- i took some liberties with the recipe. cubed the chicken and added 14.5 can of crushed pineapple and a tbs. of lime. served over rice. could have used a little more seasoning on the chicken but i'm not sure what.

The prep for this was incredibly easy. I liked the flavor of the chicken and it was fork tender. I think when I make this again I may add some pineapple chunks to the crockpot to make it a little sweeter. I omitted the avocado strips as my family does not care for them.
