Crock Pot Chops That Will Make You Eat Til You Pop!

Recipe #29544 | 6¼ hours | 10 min prep | add private note

These have to be, hands down, the BEST meal I have EVER made in a crock pot. I borrowed a friend's crock pot one weekend and made this for my honey. Low and behold, I got a crock pot for my next birthday along with a request for this recipe to be the first thing I made. I really wish I know where I got the recipe from because I would LOVE to give credit for it. I beg of you, do yourself a favor and try this. You will NOT regret it. Let me know what you think!!

This was great! Easy too... I served it with mashed potatoes and everyone loved it including the kids. I guess I forgot to add the ketchup and used french onion soup mix instead of the beef bullion and a can of fire roasted tomatoes instead of stewed since that's all i had. I even used low-sodium worcestershire sauce. Turned out great!

This recipe was very good, although I would have liked the sauce to be thicker. I didn't have cider vinegar, so I used red wine vinegar. I also did not have the beef bouillon cube. I used a product similar to gravy master--about a teaspoon or so. I added about 3 cloves of coarsely chopped garlic and a bay leaf. I also used a can of diced tomatoes instead of stewed. The meat was very tender and everything had a nice flavor.

We love this recipe! It's one of our favorites from this site. It's so hearty and filling on a cool night and it's easy to make in the crock pot too.

This was our first crockpot receipe off this site and we loved it. This is so named correctly. All of us are so full it's amazing. The biggest change that we're going to make to this is to saute the onions before we put them in the crockpot. The other thing that we do is we set it all up the night before and then before leaving for work setting it to cook. Defiantely adding this to our list of things to make.
