Crock Pot Chops That Will Make You Eat Til You Pop!

Recipe #29544 | 6¼ hours | 10 min prep | add private note

These have to be, hands down, the BEST meal I have EVER made in a crock pot. I borrowed a friend's crock pot one weekend and made this for my honey. Low and behold, I got a crock pot for my next birthday along with a request for this recipe to be the first thing I made. I really wish I know where I got the recipe from because I would LOVE to give credit for it. I beg of you, do yourself a favor and try this. You will NOT regret it. Let me know what you think!!

Very tasty and easy. I don't like pork chops that much, but the meat was so tender it just fell apart. I did add some "heat" to give it kick. I used some buffalo sauce--about 2 tablespoons. For those who don't like big stewed tomatoes, I think diced tomatoes would be great. I served mine with mashed potatoes. The sauce was great over those. I didn't have any celery and it turned out just fine without it. I also used regular white vinegar instead of cider. I will make this again!

I made this for my family for dinner tonight! My husband said "Give it 5 stars!" So he loved it. I'm a vegetarian, so unforturnately I didn't eat any, but it smelled absolutely delish!! Kids weren't overly excited because of the onions I think, but I figured that! Thanks so much, this will be a keeper for us!

I thought this recipe was pretty good, but not great. For me pork has never turned out that well, in the crock pot. Its usually kinda dry. However, I thought the sauce was delicious. I served it over egg noodles with corn on the cob on the side. Very nice meal, just not mind blowing, and I will definitely make again.
