I work nights and crock pot recipes are lifesavers. Here is another one. Update: This recipe is also good frozen then thawed and reheated.

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Spray crock pot with Pam.
  2. 2
In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat, add onion and garlic and cook for 4 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. 3
Stir in pasta sauce, tomato sauce and Italian seasoning.
  4. 4
Place 1 cup of sauce in crock pot.
  5. 5
Add 1 package of the ravioli, top with 1 cup of the cheese.
  6. 6
Top with remaining package of ravioli and 1 cup cheese.
  7. 7
Pour remaining sauce over the top.
  8. 8
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.

    *UPDATE*.

For OAMC this recipe is good frozen. I put them into sealable freezer bags and reheated in bag and all in boiling water.

I've been making this for about a year now and just realized I hadn't rated it. I cut the recipe in half to feed 5. About half the time I use Beef Ravioli the other half Cheese Ravioli. I rarely cook it in the crockpot since I discovered that I can thaw the ravioli in the Microwave (doesn't have to be thawed all the way) Then assemble in a casserole dish and bake about 40-45mins. This is one of my "Picky eater daughter's" favorites, but we all love it. I serve with a salad and garlic bread.

Good when I don't feel like cooking, love just throwing it together. I used tortellini instead and added 16 oz cottage cheese. It's a keeper. Mine cooked on low for 3 hours. thanks

Yum! The only change I made was to use frozen tortellini instead of ravioli. I put this in the crockpot before church and came home to a delicious meal. Thanks for posting. I froze the extras to have for lunches, a great addition to OAMC!

I really enjoyed this dish! I tried it with chicken tortellini. It was awesome! I have tried it twice with 2 different pasta sauces: a red sauce and an alfredo sauce. Both were great, but I think I prefer the red sauce! Thanks for the delicious and easy crockpot recipe kzbhansen!
