Crispy Parmesan Chicken Strips

This recipe came from my daughter. They are so tasty--I think it is the seasoned croutons. You can use these as an appetizer or as a meal. They are yummy!!

SERVES 3 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cut the chicken breast into strips--the size is your choice.
  2. 2
    Crush the seasoned croutons and place in a dish.
  3. 3
    Add the Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic salt--mix well.
  4. 4
    In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites and water together.
  5. 5
    Dip the chicken into the egg wash and then into the crumbs.
  6. 6
    Place on sprayed pan and bake at 450 degrees for 14-16 minutes.

    Serve with Ranch Dressing.

    Mimi,we really enjoyed your chicken strips,I used parmesan croutons,we dipped them in a honey mustard.Thank you for the healthier way to eat chicken Strips.I used the left overs in a salad. Rose

    Very good! The coating was nice and crispy and very flavorful (I used ranch flavored croutons).

    I made these for DH's Poker night and although I did not try one, everyone loved them and they were all gone at the end of the night. My DH then told me I have to make these once a week for him. Thanks!
