Fantastic recipe. So much easier not flipping them over. I added vanilla for dessert crepes. Thanks for sharing.

This is my new prefered crepe recipe. I like to put jam,cream cheese, whipped cream and fresh fruit inside!! YUMMY! These even taste good plain and reheated in the microwave!

these crepes are great!!! They can be eaten with fruit, syrup, powdered sugar, or nothing at all and they taste soooo good. In fact, I'm gonna go make some right now...
