Great and simple dressing to whip together on the spot!
SERVES 4 -6
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon dill
Directions

Mix all ingredients together well.2

The flavor and consistency were odd and we didn't care for it. I think it was due to the yogurt and I might try a different variation next time.
