We enjoyed this delicious soup for our supper this evening. Of course the flavour of this soup is going to depend on how good your turkey broth is...in my case, it was awesome, if I do say so myself. I used fresh vegetables instead of frozen and broke up some fettucine for the noodles. Very good, and I will make this again. Thx Kaarin.

This was a really nice soup went together well; the green onion was a nice touch. I too could not taste the cayenne pepper. needed celery also I think that I would have liked this even better with a stuffing dumpling. and skip the noodles. Stuffing dumplings would make this soup out of this world. I will make this again, with the dumplings. The turkey flavor was great! I wanted to note that I used Kittencals Kittencal's Homemade Deep Rich Turkey Stock/Broth for roosted turkey stock, the best stock I have ever made. And served this up with Norma's Quick Rolls Norma's Quick Rolls thanks for the recipe

This was so good! Cooked down turkey bones and meat for a tasty broth. Used rice instead of noodles. I used yellow onions and fresh carrots which were perfect. My husband ate 4 bowls and my 5 year old twins ate 2 each! Thanks Kaarin for sharing a great recipe!

My family loves this soup, and it is so easy to make! We cook it every time we have leftover turkey. I use whatever remaining gravy I've saved for part of the broth requirement, and we use one cup of milk and one of cream for a rich but not overpowering flavor. Also, I like the texture of fresh carrots better than frozen. I've found that the noodles don't do so well the next day, and our little family of three could not possibly finish the pot in one sitting, so unfortunately we leave the noodles out most times.
