I just made this for dins and added ground beef ... IT IS THE BEST !!!!!!! Thanks for the recipe. Hope there are leftovers

Kind of bland...after it was done I tasted it and panicked because there was no flavor! I quickly added more parmasan, nutmeg, lemon juice, cayenne, and a lot of salt and pepper. Then it tasted great! Almost like a less rich spinach dip.

Spinach lover's paradise; a big hit with my family. Since I only had a 32oz bag of spinach I decided to just go ahead and triple everything. I was a bit worried about it being too thin, but once I stirred in the cheese everything came together beautifully. I'll make this many more times for sure.

Amazing Recipe! I didn't have any spinach, but the recipe still tasted great. This is going to be one I make again. Very excellent with mushrooms, and very easy to make!
