I made this for my daughter's Hallowe'en Party at school. I did add shredded cheddar cheese. Excellent dip. Thx.

I've been making this for years and everyone always loves it. When my kids were little they called it the "pink dip". We like it hot so I use hot salsa, whereas my mom and others prefer a milder taste so they use medium. Love the way you can change it up using all different flavors.

I've been making this for years and I love it!! I use a whole jar of Chi-Chi's Fiesta Salsa (it has black beans and corn in it), and mix it with either light cream cheese or even 8 oz of light sour cream. I add in lots of cilantro, too....a quick and easy treat! The cream cheese or sour cream takes away most of the acidity of the salsa. Great for snacks, football games, and "emergency, last-minute" entertaining!

I have this dip at least twice every week, using fat free cream cheese and baked tortilla chips. It's delicious.
