1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, any flavor, with seasoning packet

Five stars for ease of preparation and quick satisfaction when you are hungry! I halved the flavor packet to try and reduce the amount of sodium, otherwise I made it as posted. I think this would be a great way to use up leftover roasted chicken. I'll send this to DS who is off at college with only a microwave and refrigerator...he will enjoy it. Thanks for posting! Made for Holiday tag.

What a great recipe for 2 minute noodles
(this is what we call them in Aust/NZ). Amber (4) devoured these. I cut the butter back to about 2-3 teaspoons and added a few chopped up veggies but the "sauce" is the real winner. Thank you Ms_Bold, my kids loved this and I will use this often!

Thank You Vote_For_Pedro for a different twist on the old basic standby. It certainly was creamy. My DH and I thought it was fine, but my DS's were shocked that I would dare try to change 'a perfect'(to them) thing! Will make it again, though change the flavor(I used beef, and it was 'quite' beefy), and will decrease the amount of flavor pkt.
