Great potato salad. Full of flavor, creamy, one of the best potato salads I have made so far. Used 1/2 teaspoon salt and 3 swirls on my pepper mill, otherwise just as stated. Very pleased I chose to make this for PAC, Spring 2009. Thanks for posting.

Creamy and full of flavor! This potato salad is excellent. I made this as written but added extra scallions. I also garnished with the chopped scallion tops. Thanx for sharing this; it's a keeper!
