Creamy Meatball Stroganoff

Rich and creamy sauce. Serves over egg noodles.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    combined first six ingredients.

    Form 20-24 meatballs.
  3. 3
    Bake in oven 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.

    Melt butter in skillet.
  5. 5
    Add onion and garlic.
  6. 6
    Cook 5 minutes.
  7. 7
    Add wine (or stock) and deglaze about 5 minutes.

    Mix constarch with milk and creamy (I put in a lid with a container and shake).

    Add milk mixture to skillet and stir until thinken.

    Add meatballs and heat.

    Salt and pepper to taste (I add garlic salt).

    Serve over egg noodles, cooked to package specifications.

This is just great easy and fast I don't use heavy cream just milk and both beef broth and wine. yum!!

    Can I say YUM, YUM. The sauce was so very tasty. I served it with Homemade Egg Noodles, and got a two thumbs up! Thanks!

    This was fantastic! Made it last night for dinner. DS was not around I know he would have loved it the most. SO will have to make these again. I added some Cajun seasoning for spice to the sauce as well as some cheddar cheese and served it with pasta. I love baked meatballs and this was no exception. Fay
