This is an easy, comforting recipe that only uses 5 ingredients!

  1. 1
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Season with the basil or try other herbs. I like cumin, or you might try dill weed. Add salt and pepper to taste.

YUM! next time I am going to quadruple the recipe. I, like another reviewer, kept eating it as I was making it. Very simple to make. Next time I will drain all the ingredients before i add the mayo. The tomato made it a little watery. Fantastic salad!

The only bad thing about this dish it that I ate it all before dinner even started! It was so easy, fresh and delicious!! Next time, i would put less mayo (to alleviate the guilt factor). I added cumin too and it was great!

I made as directed. This is a very refreshing summer salad that I enjoyed in March! Fresh Basil would be fabulous in this. I used lowfat mayo and suggest to cut back on it. There was plenty unless you like extra creaminess. Thanks!

Yummy! I made this to bring to a weekly football get together that we have at my best friends house. Everyone loved it. And it doesn't get much easier than this! I used both cumin and dill weed to season, and it came out delicious and flavorful. I also used reduced fat mayo, so it probably wasn't as creamy as it would have been with regular mayo, but it was delicious and no one seemed to mind! Thanks so much for posting this!
