Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1 cup diced American cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup uncooked broken spaghetti or noodles
Directions

Drain liquid off whole kernel corn.2
Stir all ingredients together.3
Pour in 9x9x2" baking dish.4
Bake at 350 F oven for 1 hour.

We're big corn fans in our house, so I thought I'd try this. DH and I and the kids loved this. And how unusual to add the spaghetti. A carb lover's dream!

Sly, this was soooo good. I served it as a side to Bethany's Apple Stuffed Pork Roast. I, of course, left out the onions and used a little more cheese (cheddar). Thanks so much for posting this true comfort dish!!

Comfort food at it's best. I have never had a corn casserole like this, but this was truly wonderful. I made this with the intent of having a dish the kiddoes would enjoy and it was a hit with the whole bunch, young and old alike. Super easy to prepare, and different from your average side dish. Great to accompany a bbq, or take to a potluck I would think. Thanks SG for a great recipe.
