This is a simple and tasty dip that is always a big hit at parties. You can roll the cheese ball in chopped almonds, pecans or walnuts after shaping.

1 cheese ball (change servings and units)

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 (2 ounce) packages Buddig beef
chopped green onion

Directions

Chop onions and beef into small pieces.

Mix all ingredients together and shape into a ball.

Serve with crackers or vegetables.

My old friend made this once at a holiday party and it was WONDERFUL.
