Chicken With Tarragon, Garlic & Olives

This is super-yummy! I mixed the flour and broth separately, so as to avoid clumps, then mixed the rue into the mushroom pot. Vegetarian broth was used instead of chicken. I also added chopped garlic. After it was all cooked I used my blender to smooth the mushrooms into smaller pieces. This was quick and pretty cheap. I'll be making it again!

I can't believe I've never made my own Cream of Mushroom soup! This was so very easy to make and it was so delicious. The only thing I changed was I used homemade stock instead of canned. Next time I think I'll add a few other types of mushrooms as well.

This recipe was so easy, and awesome tasting. I had two bowls. This will be an easy substitute for the canned stuff. I used minced dehydrated onion instead of fresh, and also used two small cans of mushroom pieces instead of fresh. Was still awesome. Thank you
