Ditto for me--I went to look at the bag for the recipe, and it was gone! Thanks for keeping it alive.
I too only used 3/4 cup sugar for a bag of cranberries, though a bag is only 3 cups of berries anyway.

I've been making this for years, and I love it. One thing the recipe doesn't mention is to INCLUDE the orange peel when you grind it all up! It really adds great texture. I always cut the sugar down quite a bit, to about 3/4 cup for a bag of fresh cranberries. Try the leftover relish mixed with cottage cheese for a great low-cal breakfast!

Mmm. I look forward to this every year but I buy organic cranberries now so I didn't have the recipe on the back of the bag. This year I added an apple and only 2/3 cup sugar and it is still yummy.
