For Thanksgiving, or other occasions, this is a refreshing, colorful and easy apperitif.

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Pour a champagne flute half full of cranberry juice.
  2. 2
Fill the remainder of the glass with champagne.
  3. 3
Addendum: I agree with reviewer Bev, who suggests a higher ratio of champagne to juice. Experiment to see what ratio pleases you. It's a fun experiment. :-).

Very festive! I used each ingredient in approx. equal amounts. The guys thought this drink was too girly and pink, but the ladies loved it!

I served this drink with a 2 to 1 ratio (heavy on the champagne side) with perfect results. This is a delicious combination for anyone who loves cranberry juice and/or champagne.
