I love making this especially in the summer to serve at lunch time or with supper when I don't want a heavy side dish. I also serve this over pancakes.

2 1/2 cups (change servings and units)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil stirring constantly.

    Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until apples are tender.

    Serve warm over pancakes.
