Excellent! I only used 1 tsp of baking soda. Turned out really well. The outer edges are crispy, and the pancakes are very moist. Will make it again!

I made these for my friend because she loves Cracker Barrel pancakes. These were easy to make and delicious! Thanks for making me look good and a good recipe! I did sub sour milk for the butter milk.

This is a great recipe, however, I think you mistyped the amount of baking soda to add. I used about 1teaspoon. They were great and had a nice flavor reminiscent of Cracker Barrel's.
