16 2" squares (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix

  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400F and lightly grease an 8" square pan.

    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

    Let it sit for 5 minutes; pour into prepared pan.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bread tests done.
