A bit bland... I guess that's just the way cornbread is supposed to be. I even added some crushed pepper flakes and chili powder, but it didn't help much!! I used soymilk and three tablespoons of Splenda. The texture was good, if a bit heavy. Thanks for posting!

very crumbly. i ran out of applesauce and used margarine instead, not sure if thats why it was crumbly. otherwise tasted good.
