Corn Casserole

This recipe came from a good friend of ours. Every time she make this there are no leftovers. She won an award for this recipe.
SERVES 6
Ingredients
-
1 (8 1/2 ounce) box cornbread mix
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can whole corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
Directions

Mix all together.2
Put in a greased casserole.3
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this recipe. I make it all the time. My husband requests this recipe any time I ask "What should we have for a side dish?" I've also brought this to a few potlucks at work and EVERYBODY asks for the recipe.

Could this be any easier? Seriously, this is simple dimple to make and it is really delicious! Everyone went crazy for it and was fighting over the spoon!

This was SO good! I have tried other recipes that are kind like this... but nothing could even come close to touching this! I went back for seconds and contemplated thirds! I am looking forward to leftovers for lunch tomorrow! I made it as directed but had to use Corn Bread Mix Cornbread Mix for the boxed mix as I can't get that here. No matter, it worked beautifully. I will be putting this in my permanent file!

EXCELLENT! Moist and delicious. I added 1 cup of cheddar cheese. My DH fell in love with this casserole. Truly a comfort food dish! Thank you, Blue Rose, for sharing this recipe. Prepared for the January 2008 Comfort Food Photo Forum Event.
